What the C# source code adds

A license with source code includes two builds: the High Performance Edition, whose vector and matrix operations call native routines to take advantage of the latest CPU designs, and the Core Edition, pure managed code. The source code is © Dew Research; no part of it may be distributed without our written permission. Applications and assemblies that contain licensed source code must be distributed with extensive renaming and execution-flow obfuscation.

Maintenance

Every new license includes one year of maintenance: minor and major upgrades, technical support and download insurance. Each further year costs:

• MtxVec €192 ($220)
• DSP Master €112 ($128)
• Stats Master €112 ($128)

License

A license is perpetual and covers every MtxVec version for one development platform. This license is for Microsoft Visual Studio and covers .NET; MtxVec for Delphi and C++Builder in Embarcadero RAD Studio is a separate license. It includes fully functional demos, the help system and technical support by email.

MtxVec uses functions from Intel oneAPI.

Build servers and web servers

Every user of a build server needs a license, and so does every deployment to a web server. A Site License covers them:

• perpetual license
• unlimited users on one build server, employed by the same company
• unlimited deployments to web servers
• unlimited users at one site (company address)

Supported compilers

Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code, with .NET Framework 4.8 and 4.8.1 or .NET 8, 9 and 10. The Core Edition also runs on every .NET Standard 2.0 runtime.

Paying

Press Buy to pay online by credit card, PayPal or another option Stripe lists for your country. A receipt confirms the order, and an invoice from Dew Research follows within a few days. To pay by wire transfer, ask sales@dewresearch.com for an invoice; purchase orders can also be mailed or emailed to us. Prices are set in EUR; the USD price follows at the ECB exchange rate.

To order online you need to be a registered company, ordering with an email address on your company's internet domain. Private persons can order by email: tax laws differ around the world, so we check such orders by hand. In the UK, Grey Matter can help with local law compliance; in the USA, SHI can, especially for government orders.

Taxes

Stripe manages the taxes on online payments. European companies can enter their VAT number on the order form; if it is valid, no VAT is charged, as B2B orders within the EU carry none. In the USA, our sales do not exceed the sales tax nexus in any state; if you need a particular setup, email us and we will help you organize it.
