Returns a full bispectrum/bicoherence matrix in A.

Remarks

If FlipVertical is True, the matrix will be vertically flipped and the row at Index 0 will hold the frequency FS/4 where FS is the sampling frequency. If SingleLinesOnly is True, the routine will insert zeroes in the part of the spectrum that was not computed..
