Divide complex Value with elements [Index]...[Index+Len-1] from the calling object.

Remarks

Store the result in the calling object at position [Index]...[Index+Len-1]. Calling Matrix will be extended to complex, if the calling Matrix is real. An exception will be raised if ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun or underrun.
