Divide complex Value with elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndes+Len-1] from Vec and store the result in the elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] of the calling object.

Remarks

Size of the calling object is not changed. An exception will be raised if ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun or underrun. Complex property of the calling object is set to True.
