Compute Crest factor.

public static double Crest(double AStdDev, double aPeak);
Remarks

Returns crest factor, if the zero mean signal had StdDev for standard deviation and Peak was the maximum deviation from the mean. 

Note Crest factor is usefull when monitoring ball bearings.
