Convert strings in aList to double or TCplx.

procedure StringsToValues(const srcList: TStrings); overload;
Description

Convert strings in aList to double. (Cplx) and store them in the Values array of the calling vector. If AComplex is True, then the TMtxVec.ComplexComplexproperty is set to True and strings are converted by using the Math387.StrToCplx function. The Length of the calling vector is set to aList.Count and the complex property is auto-detected by looking at the first string.
