Convert strings in aList to double or TCplx.

procedure StringsToValues(aList: TStrings); overload;
Description

Convert strings in aList to complex/real values and store them in the Values array of the calling vector. If any of the strings represent a complex value, then the Complex property is set to True and strings are converted by using the Math387.StrToCplx function. The Length of the calling vector is set to aList.Count.
