Converts an array of values to TStringGrid.

Description

Convert all elements of the Src vector to strings with formating Format and store them in Dst starting at [DstRow,DstCol]. If headers is True, the first row and first column are numbered. If Dst does not have enough rows and cols an exception is raised. Vertical parameter determines, if the calling vector is displayed as a row or as a column vector in TStrinGrid.
