Convert only elements of the Src vector from Index to Index+Len to strings.

Description

Uses the formating Format and stores them in Dst starting at [DstRow,DstCol]. If headers is True, the first row and first column are numbered. If Dst does not have enough rows and cols an exception is raised. 

Vertical parameter determines, if the calling vector is displayed as a row or as a column vector in TStrinGrid.
