Triggers PCA recalculation.

Remarks

Triggers PCA recalculation. After the Recalc call Dirty property is set to false. The results of PCA are stored to:

  • crefEigValues - Data eigenvalues.
  • crefPC - Data eigenvectors.
  • crefTotalVarPct - the percentage of the total variation in the variables (columns).
  • crefZScores - Z-Scores (eigenvectors in PC space).
