Estimated dissimilarities matrix.

Remarks

Returns estimated (reduced dimension) dissimilarities matrix. Note Define DHat values ONLY if DistanceMethod property is set to pwdistCustom. If this is not the case, DHat values will be ignored and the internal algorithm will be used to calculate pairwise distances.
