Divide complex Value with elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndes+Len-1] from Vec.

Remarks

Store the result in the elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] of the calling object. Size of the calling object is not changed. An exception will be raised array borders are overrun or underrun. Complex property of the calling object is set to True.
