Rayleigh probability density function (PDF).

Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
double x 
Function domain, positive real value or zero. 
double b 
Distribution parameter, positive real value. 
Returns

the Rayleigh probability density function (PDF) for value x using the parameter b. Parameter b must be positive and value x must be >= 0, otherwise the result is NAN.

Remarks

The Rayleigh probabilty density function is defined by the following equation:
