Divide Value with Vec elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndes+Len-1].

public TMtxVec DivideBy(double Value, TMtxVec Vec, int VecIndex, int Index, int Len);
Remarks

Store the result in the elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] of the calling object. Size of the calling object is not changed. An exception will be raised if ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun or underrun. Complex property of the calling object is set implicitly.
