Perform "greater than" threshold operation for complex numbers on Vec elements from range [VecIndex]..[VecIndex+Len-1].

Description

Store the results in the calling object elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1]. Size and TOpenCLBase.ComplexComplexproperties of the calling object must be set explicitly. An exception is raised if array borders are overrun/underrun. If Vec object or calling object contain none Complex values, an exception will be raised.
