Divide Value with Vec elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndes+Len-1].

Description

Store the result in the elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] of the calling object. Size of the calling object is not changed. An exception will be raised array borders are overrun or underrun. TOpenCLBase.ComplexComplexproperty of the calling object is set implicitly.
