Create default palette entries/levels, but keep the scale.

procedure CreatePeakHoldPalette(aMax: double; aMin: double);
Description

Creates default palette entries/level, but adjust the scaling by remembering the maximum aMax and minimum aMin between consecutive calls of the function. The scale can be reset by calling aMax is the maximum value that the palette will cover and aMin is the minumum value.
