Calculate the complex exponential for Omega elements [OmegaIndex]..[OmegaIndex+Len-1].

Description

Store the results in calling object elemets [Index]..[Index+Len-1]. Size and Complex properties of the calling Matrix must be set explicitly. An exception is raised if ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun or underrun.
