Adds complex Value to each elements of the Vec object in range [VecIndex]..[VecIndex+Len-1].

Description

Stores the result to elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] of the calling object. Size of the calling object is not changed. An exception is raised if array borders are overrun. TMtxVec.Complex property of the calling object is set to True.
