	Counter	Counts number of loops.

	DefineProgressBar	Control external progress bar.
	Start	Call Start to start the execution of the thread.
	Stop	Call Stop to request the loop to stop executing.
	Terminate	Signals the thread that it should terminate.
	WaitToFinish	Returns when the thread has finished.
