TeeTool component for drawing a region selection rectangle.
TSignalColorBandTool = class(TTeeCustomTool);
Use this tool to allow the user to select a region on the chart, by dragging border lines of the displayed rectangle. The border lines can be dragged symmetrically, the whole rectangle can be moved or only individual lines can be adjusted. The extended feature set is obtained when the border line dragging is performed by holding down the CTRL key.
