Extends the scaling capabalities of the TChart axes.
TAxisScaleTool = class(TTeeCustomToolAxis);
Use this component to add more options to the default axis scaling provided by TeeChart. The tool allows you to define top and bottom margins for any axis and a "peak hold" behaviour.
