Computes the normalized frequency.
procedure ApplyNormalization;
Computes the normalized frequency with the method specified by the Tracing property. Active property must be true for this routine to have any effect. If Trace = otNthPeak then the PeakNumber is used to determine the peak to be used as a reference to compute the normalized frequency.
