Currently active output buffers.
property OutputBuffers: TVecList;
Contain data recently passed to Windows Audio Driver on the last successfull call. The length of the data can vary and can only be access from within OnProcessRealTime event, which is triggered from within the drivers thread. If called from another thread the program may crash. The sampling frequency of the signal is already matched to the sampling frequency of the hardware.
