Vector::IFFT Method

Overload List

#SignatureDescription
1TMtxVec *IFFT(TMtxVec *Vec, int VecIndex, int Index, int Len, bool NoScale = false) const;The inverse FFT from complex to complex.
2TVec *IFFT(bool NoScale = false) const;The inverse backward FFT from complex to complex.
3TVec *IFFT(TVec *Vec, bool NoScale = false) const;Calculate the inverse FFT from all Vec elements and store the results in the calling vector.

Overload 1: TMtxVec *IFFT(TMtxVec *Vec, int VecIndex, int Index, int Len, bool NoScale = false) const;

The inverse FFT from complex to complex.

#NameTypeDescription
1VecTMtxVec *
2VecIndexint
3Indexint
4Lenint
5NoScale = falsebool
Remarks:

Calculate the inverse FFT from Vec elements [VecIndex]..[VecIndex+Len-1] and store the results in the calling object elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1]. The Len parameter must be the power of two. Size and Vector::Complex properties of the calling vector must be set explicitly. An exception is raised if Vector::ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun.

Overload 2: TVec *IFFT(bool NoScale = false) const;

The inverse backward FFT from complex to complex.

#NameTypeDescription
1NoScale = falsebool
Remarks:

Calculates the inverse (backward) Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) from complex to complex for all calling vector elements in-place. If the NoScale parameter is true, then no scaling is performed for the calling vector. The results can be erroneous if overflow or underflow occurs.

Overload 3: TVec *IFFT(TVec *Vec, bool NoScale = false) const;

Calculate the inverse FFT from all Vec elements and store the results in the calling vector.

#NameTypeDescription
1VecTVec *
2NoScale = falsebool
Remarks:

If the NoScale parameter is true then no scaling is performed for the calling vector. Vec Vector::Length must not be the power of two. Vector::Length and Vector::Complex properties of the calling vector are set implicitly to match Vec vector.
