License for MtxVec covers all MtxVec versions. This includes version v1.51. Registered users have their upgrade options listed on their private download pages. All prices in USD are fixed. Prices in EUR can adjust according to the exchange rate every 1st of the month. Purchase orders can be mailed or emailed directly to our address. Products can be order with source code or without source code. The price of subscription per year is equal for both options.

When using build servers, every user requires a separate license. Every deployment to a web server also requires a separate (user) license. To reduce the cost of build-servers and deployments to web-servers, we offer a possibility to purchase a "Site License". Please see our EULA for more details. The "Site License" allows for:

Licenses:
License for MtxVec is perpetual and covers all MtxVec versions on the same developers platform (either Microsoft Visual Studio or Embarcadero Developers Studio). The license includes fully functional demonstrations, powerful help system and access to technical support via email and newsgroups. You will receive free technicall support and all updates free of charge for one year! You will be free to distribute all included binaries (dll's) and MtxVec compiled in your product without any royalties.

**Note: MtxVec uses some functions from Intel performance libraries, but when MtxVec is purchased it is not neccessary to buy separate license for Intel libraries.

Purchase options

The payment options listed by Stripe depend on your locality. After completing the online payment a recepit will be sent to confirm the order. Within a few days, you will also receive an Invoice from Dew Research directly.

To make an online order you need to be a registered company with the specified ordering email matching the internet domain name of your buisness. We will also sell to private persons, if you contact us by email. Due to different tax laws around the world, such orders need to be checked manually. If you are based in UK, you can contact www.greymatter.com for help with local law compliance. If you are based in USA, it is www.shi.com, which can help you with that, especially for government orders.

Taxes
The taxes for online payments are managed automatically by Stripe. European companies can enter their VAT number on the order form and if the number is valid, the VAT will not be charged to them. Within EU, there are no taxes for B2B orders. For USA, we are currently not exceeding sales tax nexus in any of the states. All source provided is © 1997-2024 by Dew Research. No source can be distributed in part or whole without written permission by DewResearch. The source for MtxVec includes only the source written in pascal. Vector/matrix operations call external routines contained in dll's, for basic operations like array add, subtract, multiply etc...,to allow MtxVec to take advantage of the latest CPU designs. We packed all our products (MtxVec, DSP, Statistics and Data Miner) into a single Dew Lab Studio installer. The trial version of MtxVec compiles fine with Standard, Proffesional and Enterprise edition of the official Delphi/C++Builder release. MtxVec trial versions will not compile with trial versions of Delphi/CBuilder. The older version (v1.51) can be used with older compilers also. The license for MtxVec includes all MtxVec versions.
