Logarithmic (log-series) cumulative distribution function (CDF).

Returns: Double - the logarithmic-series cumulative distribution function (CDF) at x using parameter p. Returns NAN when p is outside (0,1).
Remarks:
Computes the logarithmic-series CDF P(X <= x):
CDF(x| p)=(-1)/(ln(1-p))sum_(k=1)^xp^k/k
Domain: x >= 1, p in (0,1). For p <= 0 or p >= 1 the result is NaN.
