Remarks:
Creates default palette entries/level, but adjust the scaling by remembering the maximum aMax and minimum aMin between consecutive calls of the function. The scale can be reset by calling <See cref="ResetPeakScale"/>. aMax is the maximum value that the palette will cover and aMin is the minumum value.
