Reset the Weight field of every attribute back to one.
Result: stored in self (calling object)
Remarks:
One is the neutral weight: an attribute weighted zero contributes nothing to the response and nothing to the attribute count the response is divided by. The learned data and the Enabled fields are left untouched.
