Statistics::RemoveRow Function

void RemoveRow(TMtx Src, TMtx Dst, const int Index);

Remove matrix row.

Remarks:

Removes index-th row from Src matrix and stores the result in Dst matrix. Size and complex properties of Dst matrix are adjusted automatically.
