Defines if FFT transform length is odd.

Read: bool GetFFTOddLength() const;
Write: void SetFFTOddLength(const bool value) const;
Remarks:

The property should be set to True, if the length of a forward real to complex FFT is odd and if the result of an inverser complex to real FFT should be odd.
