Vector::Expj Method

Overload List

#SignatureDescription
1TMtxVec *Expj() const;A complex exponential e^(j*W).
2TMtxVec *Expj(TMtxVec *Omega) const;Calculate the e^(j*W), a complex exponential.
3TMtxVec *Expj(TMtxVec *Omega, int OmegaIndex, int Index, int Len) const;Calculate the complex exponential for Omega elements [OmegaIndex]..[OmegaIndex+Len-1].

Overload 1: TMtxVec *Expj() const;

A complex exponential e^(j*W).

Remarks:

Calculate the calling object complex exponential in-place. An exception is raised if calling object is complex. If object is complex, you should use the method instead.

Examples
#include "MtxExpr.h"

using namespace Dew;
using namespace Dew::Math;

void Example()
{
    Vector a;

    a.SetIt(false, DewArray<double>{1, 2, 3, 4});
    a.Expj(); // a = [e^i, e^2i, e^3i, e^4i]
}

Overload 2: TMtxVec *Expj(TMtxVec *Omega) const;

Calculate the e^(j*W), a complex exponential.

#NameTypeDescription
1OmegaTMtxVec *
Remarks:

Omega must be a real object. If omega is complex, then use the method.

Examples
#include "MtxExpr.h"

using namespace Dew;
using namespace Dew::Math;

void Example()
{
    Vector a;

    a = {1, 2, 3, 4};
    a.Expj(); // a = [e^i, e^2i, e^3i, e^4i]
}

Overload 3: TMtxVec *Expj(TMtxVec *Omega, int OmegaIndex, int Index, int Len) const;

Calculate the complex exponential for Omega elements [OmegaIndex]..[OmegaIndex+Len-1].

#NameTypeDescription
1OmegaTMtxVec *
2OmegaIndexint
3Indexint
4Lenint
Remarks:

Store the results in calling object elemets [Index]..[Index+Len-1]. Size and Vector::Complex properties of the calling vector must be set explicitly. An exception is raised if Vector::ConditionCheck is True and array borders are overrun or underrun.
