Overload 1: TOpenCLMtxVec *Scale(const double Factor);

Multiply object elements with Value.

Remarks:

Multiply all calling object elements with Value in-place. This method is the same as the TOpenCLMatrix::Mul method overloads multiplying with vector elements with a scalar.
