TSignalRateConverter::Initialize Method

TSignalRateConverter Class

Initializes filtering structures after Factor and other properties have been set.

Remarks:

This function can be called optionally before the filtering the starts. The component will call it automatically, if it was not yet called, before the filtering will start.
