Call this method only, if SuspendNotifyUpdate is True.
Result: stored in self (calling object)
Remarks:
This routine will simply call OnNotifyEvent, if assigned. OnNotifyEvent events of the items are called by the Update methods, if SuspendNotifyUpdate is false.
