Computes the amplitude normalization factor.
Result: stored in self (calling object)
Remarks:
Computes the scaled factor with the method specified by the Trace property. Active property must be true for this routine to have any effect. If Tracing = otNthPeak then the PeakNumber is used to determine the peak to be used as a reference to compute the NormalizedAmplt factor.
