Frequencies which are not accurately alligned with frequency bins of the spectrum are rounded to the closest frequency bin. The value of the Freq vector is preserved.

SrcSpectrum must contain complex spectrum estimated at frequencies defined in Freq. DstPhase will hold the result. The phase is corrected for peak processing.
