Int32 RecomendedBufferLength
To ensure skip free recording an playback, audio buffers must have some minimum size.
Returns: Int32 - Buffer length in samples
Remarks:
The size depends upon sampling frequency, quantization, and number of channels. The function will return buffer size (samples count) being power of two and at least 0.2 second long.
