Result: stored in self (calling object)
Convert strings in aList to complex/real values and store them in the Values array of the calling vector. If any of the strings represent a complex value, then the Dew.Math.Vector.Complex property is set to True and strings are converted by using the Dew.Math.Units.Math387.StrToCplx function. The Dew.Math.Vector.Length of the calling vector is set to aList.Count.

Result: stored in self (calling object), returns self for chaining
Store them in the Values array of the calling vector from Index to Index+Len-1. If strings represent complex numbers, then the complex property must be True or an exception is raised. The Length property of the calling vector is not changed. If array bounds are overrun and exception is raised.
