Overload List

#SignatureDescription
1TMtxVec CeilRounds towards positive infinity.
└ indexed: TMtxVec Ceil(Int32 Index, Int32 Len)
2TMtxVec Ceil(TMtxVec Src)Rounds all Src object elements towards positive infinity.
└ indexed: TMtxVec Ceil(TMtxVec Src, Int32 SrcIndex, Int32 Index, Int32 Len)

Overload 1: TMtxVec Ceil

Rounds towards positive infinity.

Result: stored in self (calling object), returns self for chaining

Remarks:

Rounds all calling object elements towards positive infinity in-place.

Ceil(-2.8) = -2

Ceil(2.8) = 3

Ceil(-1.0) = -1

Examples
Matrix a = new Matrix();
a.SetIt(2, 2, false, new double[] { 1.2, 2.7, -0.5, 3.9 });
a.Ceil();
Matrix expected = new Matrix();
expected.SetIt(2, 2, false, new double[] { 2.0, 3.0, -0.0, 4.0 });
if (!a.IsEqual(expected, 1e-10, TCompare.cmpAbsolute))
    throw new Exception("Matrix.Ceil: mismatch");

Indexed: TMtxVec Ceil(Int32 Index, Int32 Len)

Rounds calling object elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] towards positive infinity in-place.

#NameTypeDescription
1IndexInt32start index
2LenInt32element count

Result: stored in self (calling object), returns self for chaining

Remarks:

An exception is raised if array borders are overrun.

Overload 2: TMtxVec Ceil(TMtxVec Src)

Rounds all Src object elements towards positive infinity.

#NameTypeDescription
1SrcTMtxVecsource TVec or TMtx

Result: stored in self (calling object), returns self for chaining

Remarks:

Stores the result in the calling object. Size and Dew.Math.TMtxVec.Complex properties of the calling object are adjusted automatically.

Examples
Matrix a = new Matrix();
Matrix x = new Matrix();
x.SetIt(2, 2, false, new double[] { 1.2, 2.7, -0.5, 3.9 });
a.Ceil(x);
Matrix expected = new Matrix();
expected.SetIt(2, 2, false, new double[] { 2.0, 3.0, -0.0, 4.0 });
if (!a.IsEqual(expected, 1e-10, TCompare.cmpAbsolute))
    throw new Exception("Matrix.Ceil: mismatch");

Indexed: TMtxVec Ceil(TMtxVec Src, Int32 SrcIndex, Int32 Index, Int32 Len)

Rounds Src object elements [SrcIndex]..[SrcIndex+Len-1] towards positive infinity.

#NameTypeDescription
1SrcTMtxVecsource TVec or TMtx
2SrcIndexInt32source start index
3IndexInt32start index
4LenInt32element count

Result: stored in self (calling object), returns self for chaining

Remarks:

Stores the result in the calling object elements [Index]..[Index+Len-1] Size and Dew.Math.TMtxVec.Complex properties of the calling object must be set explicitly. An exception is raised if array borders are overrun.
