event TNotifyEvent Initialize
Called as main thread is being initialized.
Remarks:
The event is called from the main thread before the thread starts executing. The event is called each time Dew.Math.Controls.TMtxProgressDialog.ProgressUpdate is called with Dew.Math.TMtxProgressEvent.peInit parameter.
