Product support and feedback forms

We offer support with 48 hours response time for registered customers, but in most cases you can expect a response much sooner. Please check the FAQ below first. There are several ways you can contact us:

Frequently Asked Questions (Visual Studio .NET)

Problem (6th June 2010): Dew DSP Master 2010 does not show component editors at design time, or popup menu shows the Edit command, but nothing happens when clicked.
Solution: Dew.Signal.Editors.dll, Dew.Math.Controls.dll, Dew.Math.dll, Dew.Math.TeePro have to be included in the list of referenced assemblies and path to assemblies have to be added to the assemblies search path in the project settings. The changes then need to be saved and project reopened.

Problem (6th June 2010): Demo for DSP Master .NET can not be recompiled.
Solution: Trial version for Dew Lab Studio has three demo applications. DSP Master Demo for VS.NET can only be recompiled with the registered version of TeeChart 2010.NET. The registered version of DSP Master includes source code for TeeChart related assemblies and these assemblies can be built with TeeChart.NET v2, v3 and 2010. To rebuild the demo with arbitrary TeeChart version the Dew.Math.TeePro.dll and Dew.Signal.Tee.dll have to be recreated with references updated for the desired TeeChart version.

Frequently Asked Questions (Delphi/C++Builder)

Problem (25th March 2010): MtxVec v3.52 gives error when run on dual core AMD's OMP: Warning #79: KMP_AFFINITY: affinity not supported, using "none".
Solution: You can fix the problem by commenting out the line mentioning KMP_AFFINITY within MxVec.pas.

Problem (25th March 2010): MtxVec v3.52 when compiled with TeeChart Pro in Delphi 2009 and later gives a message that a TeeChart file needs to be recompiled.
Solution: There are TeeChart files left over in the debug dcu search path (like: C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeGear\RAD Studio\6.0\lib\debug) after TeeChart installation. Delete those or disable compile with debug dcu's in the compiler settings. The files start with "Tee".

Problem (6th June 2010): Changing Vector.Length or TVec.Length does not preserve vector contents.
Solution: This is the most frequent error of new users. To preserve the contents of the vector when resizing call TVec.Resize(..).
